Discovery
In the discovery phase, I dug into Polyfill’s vision, services and business goals to set a clear creative direction from the start. As a startup, they needed a strong brand identity and professional website that showcased their technical expertise. The focus was on creating something trustworthy that clearly explained their work and highlighted their best projects, while making it easy for clients to connect with them.
Logo Design
The first step was designing Polyfill’s logo. They wanted a wordmark that felt modern, futuristic and minimal. I used a bold sans‑serif typeface and added custom cutouts in the letters “P” and “Y” for a subtle and unique futuristic touch. These details give the logo a sleek, tech-forward feel while keeping it simple, versatile and easy to use across formats.
Business Cards
To match the sleek brand, I designed business cards that follow Polyfill’s dark and modern aesthetic. The layout is clean and simple, with clear typography and plenty of white space for a polished, professional feel. These cards act as a handy tool for client meetings while also strengthening brand recognition and positioning Polyfill as a reliable tech partner.
Social Media Presence
To strengthen Polyfill’s presence on LinkedIn, I designed a custom banner and profile logo to match their brand. The banner uses a bold, minimal layout to reflect their modern, tech‑forward style, while the logo stays clear and visible at small sizes. Together, they help build credibility and make a strong first impression on their professional network.
Website Planning
To start the website design, I created a sitemap to define the structure and make navigation clear and simple. I grouped content into obvious categories so users could find what they needed quickly. I created low‑fidelity wireframes to test layout ideas, focusing on highlighting key content, keeping things intuitive and placing important sections where users naturally look. These early drafts gave me a clear plan to move into the visual design.
Interactive Project Gallery
To make it easier to browse Polyfill’s projects, I built an interactive carousel, where users can browse through projects using the forward and back buttons for smooth navigation. Each project shows a title, short description, image and a button that links to more details of the project. The carousel keeps the experience engaging while letting users explore the work in a clear and visually appealing way.
Website Development
Built in React, the website highlights Polyfill’s core services such as UX/UI design, tech stack, client testimonials, their process and web projects. I created a separate projects page that showcases their work with clear visuals and short descriptions, including the tech stack and tools used for each project. This helps prospects quickly see their expertise and understand how Polyfill works, while keeping the site clean, modern and easy to navigate.
Designing the Polyfill brand and website highlighted the importance of maintaining consistency across every touchpoint, from the interface to the overall visual identity. I aimed to create a clean, modern look that felt approachable and trustworthy, while ensuring the site was intuitive and information was easy to find.
